A Fantastic Resource

I first found this book as a college student majoring in Kinesiology. It's old, but the diagrams and stroke movement descriptions are perfect. If you want to refine your swim stroke than this is a must have book. The diagrams of step by step arms pulls and legs kicks of freestyle, breaststroke, Butterfly, Backstroke are great for new swimmers to view as they can see just how they should pull their arms, etc. A fantastic resource.

Agartha For Dummies

I have read many books on the Hollow Earth subject but what makes this one so good is it's refreshing perspective. Written in a short story format, it doesn't try to oversell the concept or prove anything. The matter of fact, easy going style lends itself to an enjoyable read that concentrates more on the social and spiritual side of living inside the Earth than it does on the physical aspects.

Sure it gives you some history and facts interwoven into the story but has been dummied down for the simplistic learning levels and the lack of ability of the our civilization to think outside the box.

Anyone with an interest with Hollow Earth and the exciting things happening inside (and outside) of our planet will appreciate the fine writing of this book. I have studied this subject at great length and am astounded at the accuracy, validation and new insights. Mariana's an expert writer and is shows with her effortless style. I couldn't put Agartha down and read is straight through. I hope it's read by millions. Please write a companion book soon.

A great book...and not just for those with bad fathers

I just finished "When Father Is A Bad Word". I had a wonderful father, but like many fathers in the past generation he concentrated on providing financially and rearing well-mannered Christian children. Far from the sort of father Kuiper talks about. But no earthly father is perfect like our Heavenly Father. This book brought me new insight into the undeserved love I receive from my Father in heaven. What grace He shows in calling us His children! Dan Kuiper uses humor and family stories most of us can relate to. I look forward to more books by this excellent author.

"Our Father which art in Heaven..."

doesn't come out very well if you have a poor relationship with your earthly father. Dan Kuiper, a son, husband, father, and compassionate counselor has written a wonderful book about broken relationships, forgiveness and how to put your heart into a condition which is capable of accepting God's love. Although "Father" definitely is not, nor has it ever been, a bad word to me, I found this book to be very helpful and authentic. I finished this book within 24 hours of purchasing it!

Dan Kuiper has written a book that every Christian should read. "When Father is a Bad Word" examines how personal and cultural ideas about "bad fathers" get overlaid onto our thoughts and our feelings about our Heavenly Father.
