OK overall

I am in the second semester of the nursing program and I bought this book new the content of the book is good easily understandable that's why I gave it the 4 stars I would recommended it to someone who is having trouble understanding. But the material itself is not by the end of the first semester the spine of the book was coming apart had to duck tape it, yes that's correct duck tape it so that it wont completely come apart. Overall great book for nursing !

The best bookstore

I was afraid to buy a book in this site after reading the reviews but what the heck I still did. I could not believe it arrived in 2 days & paid only standard shipping. The book was in better shape than in the bookstore. I got tired of going back & forth to the bookstore so I finally checked it in Amazon, the price was reasonable so now I can read it anywhere...anytime. I have most of RN's review books but it seems like they are all the same content. This is the best book I have ever read & it is so easy to remember & understand each chapter.

A text book, that I will sell back after a year

the book came with out a cd. of which I was warned it probably wouldn't. The book is clear and reasonably good at explaining itself. I got through the first quarter, lets see how i do next. though I probably wont keep it forever, but I need it for a year so it was cheaper to buy it then to rent it 4 times.
